The Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) selected us to update the existing Instream Flow Decision Support System (ISFDSS) GIS application and installation programs for data management, modeling, analysis, and dissemination of information. The ISFDSS has greatly improved CWCB's ability to visualize and investigate new instream flow reaches, as well as examine areas where there are legal issues.
