The Dulles Greenway is a 14-mile toll road that extends from Route 28 near Washington Dulles International Airport west to Route 15 in the town of Leesburg, Virginia. The $71.2 million improvement project involved road and bridge widening of the mainline, the addition of two new interchanges, additional ramp plazas, widening of the mainline toll plaza from 14 to 18 lanes, and a ramp to Washington Dulles International Airport.
