With telecommunications antennas and remotes becoming larger, heavier, and more numerous, buildings have to invest in stronger electrical mounts. We designed three unique antenna mounts and an equipment room for this macro site on the third floor of Manhattan's 425 Madison Avenue building. To accommodate the weight of the proposed equipment, we cut into the building's concrete and welded the load-bearing studs to two existing steel beams.
