Dewberry announced that Ray Dominguez, PE, has been hired in its Bloomfield, New Jersey, office as the manager of the traffic engineering department. 

Dominguez brings more than 16 years of experience in planning and design, including conducting transportation planning and engineering studies, construction and work zone traffic control impact and design studies, master planning, and pedestrian analyses for projects in New Jersey and New York.

Prior to joining the firm, Dominguez served in a leadership role for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s traffic engineering planning group, where he provided oversight to Port Authority task leaders on a number of tunnel, bridge, and terminal facility projects.

Dominguez earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Villanova University (2002). He is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and is a professional engineer in New York.
