An evaluation of the interchange network by the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) identified several operational deficiencies, including the lack of direct connectivity between Route 295 and Route 42. As NJDOT's lead designer, our team designed ramps, each exceeding a half mile in length, to link the two roadways. The new ramps improve traffic flow, alleviate congestion on local roads, and reduce emissions and travel costs for daily commuters.
