We served as public safety architect with MWM Architects, Inc., who was hired by the city of Lubbock, to design three police division stations to decentralize from their downtown police station and increase their presence throughout the community. Located in east, south, and northwest Lubbock, Texas, each station is approximately 11,200 square feet and houses its own patrol and investigations departments for that part of the city. The three stations have the same building layout with individual site modifications. To further engage the community, each substation features a community room for neighborhood watch meetings, community organization meetings, and police-led community events.
