We redeveloped a former office building property in Livingston, New Jersey, into a new residential complex. Located on a 14-acre property, Highgate at Livingston is a 53,900-square-foot residential building with 169 units. We provided site/civil engineering and landscape architecture services for this project, which contributed to the Township of Livingston meeting its obligation for affordable housing.
