The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) Citywide Local Pavement Restoration Program aims to eliminate substandard roads and enhance safety for daily travelers, pedestrians, and local communities in Washington D.C. We provided full program management services, including construction management, engineering, and inspection. Through a coordination process with the contractor and DDOT's towing service, we restored over 344 miles of pavement and saved DDOT $1 million in contractor delay and towing costs.
