Our firm provided water resources engineering and stream restoration services for the Bear Creek at 8th Street project in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The upstream drop structure was uniquely designed to provide a lateral weir condition to safely return flows that come through the pedestrian underpass and overtop 8th Street back into the channel.
