Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide cost engineering support services for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Office of Facilities and Asset Management. The scope of these services will support CBP’s design-build construction projects for border facility improvements nationwide, collectively valued at $10 billion.
Work will include cost engineering, scheduling, risk development, budget development and review, cost analysis, schedule management, earned value management, control consultation, and other project management guidance activities.
“We are proud to support critical facility improvements that advance CBP’s mission to protect the American people, secure our borders, and strengthen our nation’s economic prosperity,” says Dewberry Senior Associate Justin Marsh, PE, PMP.
The BPA was awarded under the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) contract, which the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) awarded Dewberry in 2025. This multi-agency, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracting program allows the firm to deliver professional services in the unrestricted category.
