Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has announced that Leslie Mantiply, PE, has been promoted to associate vice president. She currently serves as deputy business unit manager for the firm’s Danville, Virginia, office, supporting overall operations, business development, and management.
Mantiply joined Dewberry after graduating from Virginia Tech in 2014 and has extensive experience leading water/wastewater infrastructure projects in the region. Her expertise includes water distribution and wastewater collection, construction administration, federal and state/local funding, permitting, and sewer rehabilitation.

Mantiply was named an ENR MidAtlantic Top Young Professional in 2022 and received the Danville-Pittsylvania County Chamber of Commerce Professional and Community Engagement Award in 2017. She is a member of the Water Environment Federation.
