Jeffrey Roney, PE, LEED AP, has been promoted to associate vice president and business unit manager for the Raleigh MEPS group, where he will lead a team of 125 employees. Roney has over 15 years of experience in the design of electrical distribution and alternate energy systems for higher education, healthcare, and municipal clients. He earned a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (2008) and is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association.

Stephen Webb, PE, has been promoted to associate vice president and serves as the regional market segment leader for the MEPS infrastructure group. He has over 25 years of experience in power system analysis, microgrids and distributed energy resources, data center design, energy resilience, and power system protection for higher education, healthcare, federal, and commercial clients. Webb earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Virgina Tech (2000).
