Employees named senior vice president include:

  • Chris dePascale, PE, is a client manager for the mid-Atlantic site/civil group with nearly 30 years of civil engineering experience spanning healthcare, higher education, and public capital improvement projects. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut (1996) and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
  • Joseph Goetz, PE, is the FEMA senior program manager within the firm’s risk, response, recovery, and resilience group and holds over 40 years of experience managing critical infrastructure projects. He earned a bachelor’s in general engineering from the United States Military Academy (1983) and a master’s in environmental engineering from Johns Hopkins University (1996).

Andy Kioko, PE, DBIA, has been promoted to associate vice president and is a senior project manager for the alternative delivery practice with over 20 years of experience in engineering design and construction management. He earned a bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame (2004) and a master’s in global development and social justice from St. John’s University (2015). Kioko is a member of the Design-Build Institute of America.
