Babihuga has been hired as a project engineer and will support the traffic and transportation team. Prior to joining Dewberry, she served as a lead operations engineer and was responsible for the daily operations of over 1,500 traffic signals in metro Atlanta. Babihuga worked directly for the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) as a transportation engineer for two years.

Babihuga holds a master’s degree in project management from Kennesaw State University (2024). She earned a bachelor’s degree in applied physics from Georgia State University (2016) followed by a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Kennesaw State University (2018). Babihuga is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and the National Society of Black Engineers.

Rocheleau joins the firm as a project manager and has been in the engineering industry for over 20 years with nearly 10 years in transportation. She brings project management experience with municipal clients in metro Atlanta and design experience for both GDOT and municipal roadway projects. In her new role, Rocheleau will support municipal and state roadway projects across Georgia. Rocheleau earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology (2007). She holds a Master of Arts in teaching for mathematics and science education from the University of Georgia (2016). Rocheleau is a member of the American Society for Highway Engineers and the Institute of Transportation Engineers.
