The firms were awarded FEMA’s Atlantic Zone, which includes FEMA Regions I and II, eight northeastern states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a one-year base period with four one-year option periods and is valued at up to $557.8 million; the contract includes a broad range of professional services, including site inspection, field technical support, cost estimation, environmental and historic preservation, and program delivery support.
