  • David Dickson, CSP, is the firm’s director of health, safety, and environment, and has over 20 years of experience in the construction, environmental consulting, engineering, pharmaceutical manufacturing, military, and compressed gas industries. He earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s coursework in environmental management from the University of Maryland Global Campus (2012) and is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals, Board of Certified Safety Professionals, and the National Safety Council.
  • Christopher Gregus, PE, serves as a principal engineer for the disaster recovery services practice with more than 45 years of experience in engineering management and 15 years of managing facilities, including operations and maintenance, design and construction management, quality assurance, and environmental engineering. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy (1976) and a master’s in civil engineering from the University of Illinois (1982). Gregus is a member of the American Public Works Association and the Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico.
  • Audrey Rhoads, CPSM, is the director of marketing for the federal practice and has over 22 years of experience in marketing research, planning, business development, communications, and proposal management. She earned a bachelor’s in English from the University of Florida (2001), with a minor in landscape architecture, and is certified as a professional services marketer through the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
  • Sarah Vucci, CCEP, aPHR, is the corporate and compliance director and holds over 15 years of experience in corporate governance, risk and compliance, including professional licensure, professional practice compliance, intellectual property, special purpose entities, and mergers and acquisitions. She graduated from George Mason University (2008) as a certified paralegal and is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
