Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has announced the promotion of John Hoole, PE, and Patti Esposito, RA, LEEP AP, DBIA, in its Rancho Cordova and Sacramento, California, offices. Hoole has been promoted to associate vice president and Esposito has been promoted to associate principal.
Hoole is a business unit manager for the firm’s Fresno, Manteca, and Rancho Cordova offices which provide clients with roadway design, bridge and structural design, water engineering, and construction management. He has over 30 years of experience, having joined Dewberry in 2020, and has been promoted to associate vice president. Hoole earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno (1991).
Esposito is a community facilities and justice market segment leader for the firm’s architecture practice and is based in Dewberry’s Sacramento office. Joining Dewberry in 2022, she has nearly 35 years of experience and supports public safety, secure housing, health and wellness, library, administrative, and other community facility projects. Esposito earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (1991).
