Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has announced the promotion of three staff in its north Florida offices, including Jonathan Sklarski, PE, Justin Ford, PE, and Jonathan Gibson, PSM.
Sklarski has been promoted to vice president and business
unit manager for the firm’s north Florida operations, including its Blountstown,
Lake City, Panama City, Pensacola, Port Saint Joe, Santa Rosa Beach, and
Tallahassee offices. These offices include more than 80 employees providing
land development, site/civil, stormwater, drainage, transportation, and utility
services for clients in the state/local and commercial markets. He will
continue his role as branch manager of the Panama City office. Sklarski has been
with the firm since 2011 and earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
from the University of New Hampshire (2001).
Ford has been promoted to vice president and assistant
business unit manager for Dewberry’s Blountstown, Lake City, Port Saint Joe,
and Tallahassee offices. He will continue his role as Branch Manager for the
Blountstown office. Ford has been with the firm since 2006 and manages a team
that provides site/civil and water services for clients in the state/local and
commercial markets. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from
Florida State University (2007).
Gibson is an associate in the firm’s Panama City
office and has been named business unit manager for its Florida survey
operations, including approximately 60 staff across the state. With more than
16 years of experience, Gibson earned a bachelor’s degree in geomatics from
Troy University (2006) and is a member of the Florida Surveying and Mapping
Institute.
