Haglan has been with the firm since 2019 and is based in its Rancho Cordova, California, office. Under his leadership, the firm will continue to provide transportation, water, environmental, site/civil, and land development services to clients in the state/local, federal, and commercial markets. Dewberry has expanded in the West over the last several years, both organically and through two acquisitions; one in Colorado in 2018 and another in California in 2019.

Haglan earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Davis (1989). He is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies, American Society of Civil Engineers, County Engineers Association of California, and the Women’s Transportation Seminar.
