Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has announced that Don Flood has been hired as an associate vice president and business unit manager in the Parsippany, New Jersey, office.
Flood has more than 25 years of experience in
engineering project management, business development, and marketing for large
engineering and construction companies. His background includes developing
client relationships, strategy development for business growth, and capture
management of large strategic projects. Flood’s technical and management experience
spans the energy, transportation, and water markets, including renewable and offshore
wind development, energy delivery, and thermal generation. In his new role as
business unit manager, Flood will be responsible for leading a team of
engineering and design professionals delivering water, site/land development, and
energy services to clients in the state/local and commercial markets.
Flood earned a master’s in environmental engineering
(1995) and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering (1987) from the New Jersey
Institute of Technology. He is a member of the American Council of Engineering
Companies, Interstate National Gas Association of America, and the New Jersey
Institute of Technology’s Board of Overseers.
