Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has announced that Dean Cowley has been hired as a marketing manager for the northern California engineering practice, based in Rancho Cordova.
With more than 20 years of experience, Cowley has a background
in proposal management and marketing for professional services. He joins
Dewberry to support marketing initiatives for the northern California offices,
including Rancho Cordova, Manteca, and Fresno. In his new role, Cowley will be
responsible for proposal development, driving go/no-go processes, and strategic
pursuits.
“Dean is a great addition to our team as we’re seeing
continued growth and opportunities in the northern California market with the
California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), and other state, local, and
municipal clients,” says Dewberry Senior Vice President Rachel Vandenberg, PE.
Cowley earned a bachelor’s degree in business
administration from San Jose State University and is a member of the Society
for Marketing Professional Services.
