These promotions include:

  • Nicole Stalder, PE, LEED AP, and Robert Beltran, PE, BCEE, have been promoted to vice president. Stalder is a business unit manager for Orlando’s land development and site/civil group and has 20 years of experience. She earned a double bachelor’s in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Central Florida (2001). Beltran is a business unit manager for the firm’s Lakeland office, which provides engineering services in the Florida water market. He has 27 years of experience and earned his master’s in environmental engineering (1995) and bachelor’s in civil engineering (1994) from Tulane University. Beltran is a member of the American Water Works Association, Water Environment Federation, and president of the Florida WateReuse Association. He also serves as a planning commissioner for Polk County.
  • Raymond Lee, PE, has been promoted to associate vice president. He is a senior project manager in Orlando with 25 years of experience in transportation design. Lee earned a bachelor’s in civil engineering from Northeastern University (1996) and is a member of the Florida Engineering Society.
