Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has announced the promotion of Tony Fulco, PE, to business unit manager in its Bloomfield, New Jersey, office.
Prior to his promotion, Fulco served as the highway engineering department manager in the firm’s Bloomfield office. With 30 years of experience in both traditional and alternative delivery methods, he has extensive knowledge in project development, traffic engineering, and estimating and specifications for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA), New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT), and other agencies. Fulco served as the project manager for the $230-million NJTA Interchange 8 Widening project.

Fulco earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Delaware (1991) and is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies where he serves as vice chair of the NJTA design committee. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
