Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has hired Stuart Rogers, PE, LEED AP, as senior project manager in the firm's Tampa, Florida, office. Rogers will be responsible for enhancing the firm's site/civil and land planning and development services across the West Coast of Florida.

Rogers has spent his entire professional career along the West Coast of Florida, serving as principal-in-charge, project manager, design engineer, and engineer-of-record for a variety of public and private sector development projects. He has been involved in the development of educational facilities, commercial office and retail buildings, mixed-use and retail sites, warehouses, industrial facilities, multi-family developments, residential subdivisions, hotels, parks and recreation areas, places of worship, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, and municipal/government buildings. Rogers has experience rezoning, permitting, and providing as-built certifications and has performed total site design, stormwater modeling, and wetland delineation. He served as district engineer for four community development district (CDD) projects, which use special purpose local government frameworks to finance infrastructure supporting community development.

Rogers earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida, is a registered professional engineer in the state of Florida, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a member of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), the Tampa Bay Builder's Association (TBBA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
