FEMA contracted for our expertise in planning, inspecting, and designing the repairs or replacement of hundreds of one-, two-, and three-bedroom houses in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). Now that construction of the repairs and new houses have begun, we are monitoring the progress of construction on Saipan and Tinian Islands on FEMA’s behalf.

In Butte County, California, where hundreds of people lost their homes to wildfires in November 2018, we have provided FEMA with engineering expertise in the planning, design, and construction monitoring of two large mobile home communities that include the installation of 477 mobile homes at two group sites in Gridley and Chico.

We have also provided FEMA with private-sector supply chain analysis in response to eight hurricanes during the 2019-2021 hurricane seasons as well as during the initial months of the COVID-19 pandemic.

FEMA has awarded a total of 30 task orders for engineering support in response to disasters in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), California, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Texas, Washington, New York, and New Jersey.
