The design of 1812 North Moore Street in Arlington, Virginia - the region's tallest office tower - provides tenants with a high-profile presence in the Washington, D.C. business community. The LEED® Platinum tower's building systems create a positive impact, helping tenants realize lower operating costs through efficient systems and energy-saving measures. Developed by Monday Properties and designed by DCS Architects, the 650,000-square-foot project includes office and retail space and a parking garage. Our MEP design successfully addressed the challenges of a tight urban site and the lack of mechanical space on the roof in order to accommodate a distinctive architectural pyramid capping the tower.
