Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has announced the promotion of four employees across New Jersey and New York, including a senior vice president and three associate vice presidents.
Todd Yanoff, PE, CCM, based out of the firm’s Parsippany, New Jersey, office, has been promoted to senior vice president and is the business unit manager for the firm’s Northeast construction services group. He earned two bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering (2000) and surveying engineering technology (2006) from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Yanoff is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies, Association of State Dam Safety Officials (ASDSO), Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), and the New York Water Environment Association (NYWEA).

- Rahul Parab, PE, D.WRE, CFM, is the water resources department manager in the firm’s New York City office and has over 22 years of experience. He earned a bachelor’s in civil engineering from the University of Mumbai (2001) and a master’s in civil engineering from the University of Toledo (2003). Parab is a member of the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, Association of State Floodplain Managers, North Carolina Association of Floodplain Managers, New York State Floodplain and Stormwater Managers Association, NYWEA, and the Society of American Military Engineers.
- Adam Remick, PE, ENV SP, CCM, based out of Dewberry’s Parsippany, New Jersey, office, serves as a senior construction manager representing the water and wastewater practice with more than 25 years of experience. He earned two bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering (1998) and surveying engineering technology (2004) from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Remick is a member of ASDSO, CMAA, NYWEA, and the Institute of sustainable Infrastructure.
- Nicholas Saponara, PE, DBIA, is the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing department manager for the firm’s New York City office and has more than 33 years of experience. He earned a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and master’s in business administration from the New York Institute of Technology (1990). Saponara is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers; American Society of Plumbing Engineers; Design-Build Institute of America; National Society of Professional Engineers; the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying and is currently licensed in multiple states across the Northeast.
