In doing so, Dewberry is collecting data; updating, building, and calibrating a model of the existing wastewater collection system; evaluating the existing wastewater collection system and treatment facility; creating population and flow projections; and evaluating future wastewater collection and treatment improvements.

“As Wakulla County anticipates growth, its existing wastewater treatment facility and conveyance structures need to be evaluated for improvements and efficiencies,” says Dewberry Senior Associate and Project Manager Justin Ford, PE. “We’re excited to partner with the county in taking the next steps to prepare for this growth, and continue to provide residents and visitors clean and safe water.”
