Dewberry has recently hired Elese (Lisa) Adele Roger, PMP, as executive director, IT and technology. Roger will be responsible for all facets of Dewberry's technology and IT operations.

Roger comes to Dewberry from Michael Baker International (MBI), where she was executive vice president-CIO. She was responsible for reorganizing the IT organization to better support the vast regional employee base with predictability and consistency. While at SC3 (MBI subsidiary), she also served as vice president of the technology solutions division, where she provided strategic direction for establishing a cyber-capability for the firm and expanding an existing market space for information technology into the intelligence community.

Prior to joining Baker, Lisa was vice president-commercial cyber security operations manager with Leidos. She also held roles of increasing responsibility during her 12-year tenure with Leidos (then SAIC) in positions including vice president federal information technology solutions division, division manager; and assistant vice president language services division, deputy division manager.

"In choosing Dewberry as the next phase of my career, I knew that its leadership and close-knit operations would provide me the professional latitude and sense of community that I was seeking," says Roger.

"Lisa brings significant experience and leadership within our industry as well as knowledge in areas critical to our client base, such as cyber security," says Donald E. Stone, Jr., CEO. "We are thrilled she's on board and look forward to working with her and supporting what I expect to be many positive changes to our operations."

Roger received her bachelor's in management information systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (1989). She is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
