Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has hired David Vidikan, PE, as the new business unit manager and leader of the water practice in the firm's Denver, Colorado, office. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the business performance, staffing, and client and business development initiatives of the office.

Vidikan has more than 30 years of experience in the Denver area market, delivering water and wastewater consulting engineering services to both private- and public-sector clients. Over his career, he has completed more than 150 water-related projects, including water treatment plants, pipelines, and pumping facilities.

"I look forward to working with our existing clients and the opportunity to serve new clients, delivering the highest quality of water and wastewater engineering services possible," said Vidikan.

Vidikan earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Akron. He is a member of the Colorado Water Congress and the Rocky Mountain Chapters of the American Water Works Association and the Water Environment Federation.
