The Dewberry Learning Center is the hub of Training & Development at Dewberry.

A Learning Management System provides employees with a personal web portal that tracks their career from their first day to the present and allows them quick access to these records.

An extensive library of Web-Based Training is available. The library contains training for Office Productivity, Workplace Safety, Information Technology, as well as Project Management.

The Dewberry Learning Center also has the capability to develop custom Web-Based courseware when the need arises.

An extensive library of video training materials is also available.

The Dewberry Learning Center has a state of the art training facility located in the Fairfax office. Traditional classroom training sessions are taught almost everyday on subjects ranging from Project Management to technical subjects in both the architectural and engineering fields.
Orientation
Dewberry’s Employee Orientation provides employees information on benefits and procedures, allows employment forms to be filled out on-line and printed for signature, details the company history, and provides the employees with a description of Dewberry’s culture.
Educational Seminars
Employees may attend educational seminars or meetings and receive payment of registration fees if the seminar/meeting has an immediate impact on the employee's ability to perform his or her job or if attendance is required by the nature of the firm's work.
Tuition Reimbursement
Dewberry offers tuition reimbursement to full time regular employees for coursework and related fees.
Professional Registration and License Fees
Dewberry encourages employees to seek professional registration in the professional fields of the company. The firm will support registration or licenses during an individual's employment if it has a direct impact on the employee's ability to perform his or her job.
Professional Societies
Dewberry supports employee participation in a professional organization or society. Employees are encouraged to take an active part in the society, attend meetings, and gain value from their membership through networking and other professional development opportunities.
Technical Papers/Presentations
Dewberry encourages employees to pursue publication of technical papers and articles in professional or trade publications and/or present papers at forums such as national or regional professional conferences. The firm supports the pursuit of publication as an important aspect of individual professional development, an opportunity to share current technical information with other employees and the professional/client community at large, and an essential element in maintaining the firm's reputation as a leader in the consulting field.
