For the Prince William County Service Authority (PWCSA), a water/sewer utility with 250,000 customers, we performed asset management services by conducting a business process analysis to document the current and desired workflow processes for its land development program. The client needed help identifying opportunities to improve workflows and communication, and consolidating or eliminating disconnected systems and tools. Following the completion of this initial business process analysis, PWCSA requested that we complete additional services on an as-needed basis.
