The Houston Methodist Hospital Outpatient Center Orthopedic Sports Medicine Clinic was designed to accommodate the growing need for specialty care.

The new facility houses six exam pods and three x-ray units.

Located on the 25th floor, this 40,000-square-foot facility includes administrative and support areas.

While designing the space, we worked to emphasize the community’s passion for sports by including sports memorabilia throughout.

The curved corridor surrounding the administrative offices and the clinic is a unique feature of this facility.

The curved corridors allow for ease of flow throughout the space.

The Houston Methodist Hospital Department of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine relocated two floors to the Houston Methodist Outpatient Center on Level 25, consisting of approximately 40,000 square feet. Half of the floor houses the patient clinic and the other the administrative functions.

To accommodate a growing practice and consolidate services for the Houston Methodist Hospital Department of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, we provided planning, architecture, and interior design for the space. A dynamic design featuring sports memorabilia of the region was completed for the clinic spaces, including six exam pods and three x-ray units, conference areas, reception, and large waiting room. Additional spaces included administrative and support areas.
