Dewberry announced that Keith Hull, PE, has joined the firm as a program manager for its intelligence community market segment based in the Fairfax, Virginia, office.

Hull joins the firm with more than 30 years of engineering experience in both the private and public sectors. He spent much of his career with the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) where he most recently served as the director of the public works division. He was responsible for public works projects and logistics, including planning, design, construction, maintenance, space planning, facility and utility management, environmental compliance, base support vehicles, and transportation services. Hull also supervised the design and construction of more than $200 million in sustainment restoration and modernization of laboratories and office buildings, utility distribution projects, and military construction projects.

Hull earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech (1985) and is a professional engineer in Virginia.
