Dewberry has been awarded a five-year contract by the Department of Justice’s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for architectural, engineering, and planning (AEP) services, primarily for the National Capital Region but also supporting other locations within the continental U.S.
The AEP services may include program development
and consultation, schematic and concept design, preparation of design-build
request for proposal documents, preparation of geotechnical investigations, design
development, construction documents, preparation of construction cost estimates,
construction phase support, third-party commissioning, construction management
services claims assistance, on-site support services, and technical, environmental
and facility condition assessments.
