GIS Hardware, Software, and Services
Dewberry has been awarded a two-year contract by the State of Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) under contract CPO-4506 to provide DIR customers with cost-effective high priority geographic data.
Services available under this contract are limited to geographic information systems (GIS) hardware, software, and services and information technology (IT) based surveying hardware, software and related services as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index.
Dewberry will use the staff in this pricing index to generate full pricing on a project by project basis.
Customers can obtain volume-discounted pricing for selected technology products and services as listed herewith, thereby improving the efficiency of their procurement process by shortening the time required to obtain these products and services from a
single source.
Order Information
Please follow the instructions below to obtain quotes and place purchase orders.
- Please contact Dewberry's point of contact on this page with details on your project or request. The services/categories offered by Dewberry are listed in the document links on this page.
- If the expectation is that the contract will be greater than $50,000, Dewberry will contact the DIR or their representatives to request three quotes for the services requested.
- Once project details are finalized, generate a purchase order made payable to Dewberry and reference contract number DIR-CPO-4506 on your purchase order.
- Dewberry does not have designated order fulfillers and resellers.

Warranty and Return Policy
Please contact Dewberry for specific warranty and returns policies. Order fulfiller will adhere to the vendor's then-currently published policies concerning product warranties and returns. Product warranty and return policies for customers will not be
more restrictive or more costly than warranty and return policies for other similarly situated customers for like products.
