The Western Area Regional Public Safety Facility in Glendale, Arizona, combines a police and fire station within a 30,000-square-foot building. The first structure built within a new municipal park, the building's radial plan is oriented to address a future library and multi-generational center on the site. The single-story design, composed of three segments, responds to the surrounding residential aesthetic while evoking the desert landscape. The multiple forms create distinct police and fire wings, while shared space includes public access, a fitness area, and meeting rooms.
