The apartments are serviced by both surface parking and multiple bay garages. The detention pond designed serves as a backup for the irrigation system for both the apartment complex and the 278 single family lot development to the west, which were also designed by Dewberry. The site includes a large wetland to the south that has been preserved, protected, and enhanced as part of the design.

Our team managed all permitting for this project, which included the City of Port Orange, St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Florida Department of Environmental Protection Wastewater, and Volusia County Water. Additionally, we provided construction level surveys, topographic and boundary surveys, and construction administration services for all six phases of the project.
