We completed the concept design, site grading, water and sewer extension, stormwater management, roadway improvements, and permitting of 232 single-family lots in a mixed-use community. In addition, we designed infrastructure and multiple active-lifestyle amenities within Riverwalk, including greenway trails and an one-mile criterium track. Our scope of services included design, permitting, and construction administration.
