Hermitage Bayou and Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana

653

acres of new marshland to be created

34,775

feet of pipe used to move dredged material

To restore the Louisiana coastline along Lake Hermitage, we are providing construction administration and inspection services in support of a $32 million project to dredge material from the Mississippi River, which will be used to create 653 acres of new marshland in Plaquemines Parish. Working in a remote location with little telecommunications infrastructure was a challenge. We used mobile internet solutions to submit reports and other deliverables on time.
