Beginning with a thorough facilities needs assessment and feasibility study, including internal and external interviews to gain a full understanding of police force needs, we assisted the City of Killeen, Texas, with addressing an inadequate and scattered facilities inventory, safety concerns, and requirements for an enhanced work environment. The city's new, 80,000-square-foot police headquarters responds to these objectives with a consolidated facility that includes booking and processing, patrol, special operations, training, youth services, a tech unit, investigations, records, communications, and evidence processing.
