Responding to the Denver Police Department's objective of addressing facility needs and optimizing use of its existing building inventory, we provided planning services to determine long-term space requirements in key districts and subsequently designed stations 1, 2, and 3 for the city. Each of the 40,000 SF district stations projects a community-oriented image within their residential neighborhoods, with a focus on operational efficiency and durability. The stations house patrol, investigation, training, and community service units and incorporate advanced technology and security measures.
