Alan M. Silbovitz, PE, is senior associate and office manager for the Boston office. Mr. Silbovitz holds MS and BS degrees in civil engineering/water and wastewater from Northeastern University. He is the past president of the New England Water Works Association; current member of the Board of Directors of the American Water Works Association and a member of numerous professional organizations. He has received several awards for innovative design of water treatment plants from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Massachusetts.
