Dewberry announced that Executive Vice President Craig Johnson, PE, has been named to South Jersey Biz Magazine’s 2019 Executives of the Year list. Johnson was one of 20 executives selected for the honor.

Johnson oversees Dewberry’s Northeast operations, which includes more than 450 employees and six locations. He manages the regional operations and initiatives of those offices, representing more than $100 million in annual revenue. He is also responsible for developing the region’s strategic direction and growing the organization. Additionally, Johnson manages the regional transportation and alternative delivery services.

In his 38-year career at Dewberry, Johnson has been involved in a wide range of projects, including the $900-million I-295/I-76/ Route 42 Direct Connection, Atlantic City/Brigantine Connector Tunnel, and Route 30/130 Collingswood Circle.

Johnson earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Lafayette College (1981). He is chairman-elect of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), and a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), and Professional Women in Construction (PWC).
