Dewberry provided a variety of services on the project, including architecture; interior design; and civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering. The 29,000-square-foot, design-build project was completed in 2017 at a cost of nearly $13.5 million. The project has already received two awards, including an Excellence in Architecture award from the AIA Northeast-Illinois Chapter and a Silver Medal Award from the Association of Licensed Architects.
