Dewberry has announced that Melissa Murray Rigney has joined the firm as a senior project manager and site acquisition lead for the firm’s northeast telecommunications group.

Murray Rigney focuses on growth opportunities related to the firm’s telecommunications and site acquisition services throughout New Jersey, New York, and Philadelphia. She has been in the industry for nearly 15 years, both as an attorney and as a site acquisition manager. 

“The telecommunications site acquisition market in the Northeast is challenging, and we’re thrilled to have Melissa as part of our team to help support our clients with these challenges,” says Dan Southwick, PE, president of Dewberry’s design-build practice. “Her legal background paired with her familiarity in the region bring a unique perspective to our team.”

Murray Rigney earned a juris doctorate from Widener University School of Law (2002) and a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from West Virginia University (1996). She is a member of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors, and an alternate member of the Bristol Township Zoning Hearing Board.
