Dewberry announced that Josh Baxley, PE, and Morgan Hurst, PE, have joined the firm.

Josh Baxley brings with him more than a decade of experience and is located in the firm's Tallahassee, Florida, office. In his role, Baxley will provide added leadership to the Tallahassee team and serve clients in various markets, including water, utilities, and site/civil engineering. Baxley's previous experience includes civil and mechanical project management. He earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Florida State University (2002) and is a professional engineer in Florida.

"My ultimate goal is to provide both existing and prospective clients with practical, solution-oriented approaches to their most pressing challenges," says Baxley. "I am committed to excellence through the development of long-term relationships."

With nearly 20 years of experience, Morgan Hurst joins the firm's Panama City office as a senior project manager where he is responsible for developing and maintaining client and agency relationships, managing staff in the development of projects, and providing site/civil engineering design expertise. He brings with him a diverse background in project management, including planning, programming, site design engineering, and facilities engineering for new construction, modernizations, and renovations on both large- and small-scale facilities.

Prior to joining Dewberry, Hurst worked as a senior project manager and engineer for a local civil engineering firm. He earned a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering from the University of Florida (1998) and an associate's degree in pre-engineering from Gulf Coast State College (1995). Hurst is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and a professional engineer in Florida.
