Dewberry Announces the Promotions of Disaster Recovery Consultants Rob Snow and Paul Dean

Snow and Dean promoted in firm’s Fairfax, Virginia, office.

Dewberry announced that Rob Snow, PE, PMP, and Paul Dean have been promoted to associate in the firm's Fairfax, Virginia, office.

Rob Snow has more than 17 years of private and military experience planning, designing, and managing construction engineering projects. His expertise includes design and design-build projects ranging from multi-building and utility demolition to historic renovations for numerous U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Facilities Engineering Command clients. Snow worked on the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, and was the project manager for multiple base closure and realignment projects at Fort Belvoir, assisting with the integration of more than $4.6 billion in construction during a 3 ½ year period. He managed the firm's partnership to deliver Individual Assistance Technical Assistance Contract program support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and is currently providing project management to deliver design, procurement, and construction management services to intelligence community clients.

Snow earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida (2000) and is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Society of American Military Engineers.

Paul Dean has been in the industry for 15 years and has served in a variety of project management roles under contract with the FEMA Hazard Mitigation, Public Assistance, and Individual Assistance programs. He is currently overseeing multiple emergency management projects, including disaster debris modeling, planning, and management for multiple jurisdictional and regional planning entities.

In addition to earning a master's degree in business administration from Virginia Tech (2017), Dean also holds a bachelor's degree from the Berklee College of Music (2003) and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
