Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has hired Greg Roussey as a construction services manager in the firm’s Carlisle, Pennsylvania, office.

With more than 40 years of engineering experience, Roussey is knowledgeable in construction services for transportation, environmental, and facilities projects. Roussey will support Dewberry’s construction administration, management, and inspection services for local and state agencies.

Prior to joining Dewberry, Roussey worked as a project or task manager overseeing construction management services for many projects on the East Coast including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Bay Area office in Baltimore, Maryland; M&T Bank’s Commercial Real Estate projects throughout the Susquehanna Valley in Pennsylvania; a six-lane widening project from King of Prussia to Norristown for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission; and the recently completed German Embassy renovation and improvements project in Washington, D.C.

Roussey earned his master’s degree in business from York College and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Bloomsburg University. He is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers Harrisburg section and the American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania and serves on its Construction Services subcommittee.
