Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has promoted Mark Work, PE, PMP, to a senior associate, in the firm's New York City office. With more than 35 years of experience, he has managed complex bridge, highway, and roadway design and rehabilitation projects throughout the country. As highway department manager, he oversees the development of feasibility analyses, the preparation of construction documents, and construction support services. Work earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the United States Military Academy. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Project Management Institute, the American Society of Highway Engineers, and the American Public Works Association.

Anand Seshadri, PhD, PE, has been promoted to senior associate in the firm's New Haven, Connecticut, office. He has more than 18 years of extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, concentrating on bridge and roadway projects. He currently manages both large and small bridge design projects and statewide bridge safety inspection projects for the Connecticut Department of Transportation and local municipalities. Seshadri has a doctorate degree in structural engineering from Drexel University. He also has both bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science and the University of Maine, respectively.

Bryan Garbasz, PE, has been promoted to associate in the firm's Bloomfield, New Jersey, office. He has more than 17 years of experience in the inspection, rehabilitation, and replacement of bridge structures for various agencies. Garbasz received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
